What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we store: your name, work email, company, the systems you mention (optional), your description of the process, its approximate frequency, the time of submission, and your consent to be contacted.
Why
Only to review whether a workflow pilot is a good fit and to reply to you by email about your enquiry. We do not use it for marketing lists and do not sell or share it.
Where it is stored
In a hosted database used by this website. The form can only add new enquiries; submitted enquiries are not publicly readable and are reviewed privately by SHORTEND.
What not to send
Please do not include customer, payroll, financial or other confidential records in an enquiry.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not set tracking cookies or run analytics scripts.
Access or deletion
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your enquiry deleted, email hello@shortend.ai.
